Modified Bitumen roof systems may be installed with torch method, hot asphalt or cold adhesives. SBS modified bitumen roof systems are two-ply systems installed in rolls that overlap at the edges and may be self-adhered or heat welded. Modified bitumen roofing membranes are reinforced with mats and can be surfaced with granules, films or foils.
